Shipping policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item/s for a refund less a 15 % restocking fee and the shipping cost. The refund is provided in the form of a store credit.

We Do Not provide return labels. The cost of return shipping is the customers responsibility. 

We are Not responsible for any lost or stolen package/s that are being returned and recommend that the customer obtains a trackable and insured method of shipping. 

Final Sale item/s are Not eligible for return or exchanges.

A return authorization is required to process the return. Any item/s received without a return authorization, will Not be Processed / Refunded / Reshipped.

To qualify for a return :

1. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in new condition.

2. All original tags and labels must not be removed.

3. Packaging must be included. 

4. For shoes, the original box must be returned without any damage and shipping labels.
